This Thistle pendant necklace in sterling silver features an intricate thistle design that delicately drops from a silver chain and is enhanced with a hanging 4mm amethyst bead. The pendant piece measures approximately 14mm by 36mm.
The thistle is Scotland’s national flower, famous for its purple blooms and its sharp, prickly leaves, and has been an important symbol of Scottish heraldry for over 500 years. This collection is cast and hand-finished in our Orkney workshop, and beautifully captures the detail of the thistle in sterling silver.
