A creamy lemon & butter sauce mix, ideal for fish.
For this recipe you will need
1 sachet Schwartz Lemon Butter Sauce Mix for Fish
450ml (¾ pint) semi-skimmed milk
1. Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened
2. Serve immediately.
Hints & Tips
Delicious served over cod or salmon. Delicious stirred into cooked tagliatelle and prawns.
Store in cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
