For this recipe you will need
1 sachet Schwartz Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) semi-skimmed milk"
1. Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
2. Serve immediately.
Hints & Tips
Delicious served over broccoli or cauliflower. For a creamy cheese pasta gratin, prepare sauce with 450ml milk and 25g butter. Cook 275g pasta according to pack instructions, drain and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Top with grated cheese and crushed corn tortilla chips then place under a medium heat grill until golden.
