1 sachet Schwartz Creamy White Wine Sauce with Herbs Mix
300ml (½ pint) semi-skimmed milk
1. Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
2. Serve immediately.

An ideal accompaniment to poached salmon or plaice fillets. For a tasty vegetable accompaniment, stir drained, cooked leeks into the prepared sauce. Top with grated cheese and grill until golden.
