For this recipe you will need …
1 sachet Schwartz Creamy Mild Peppercorn Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) semi-skimmed milk
1. Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
2. Serve immediately.
Hints & Tips
Great served with steak or pork chops. For a quick Beef Stroganoff style recipe, pour the prepared sauce over pan-fried strips of beef and sliced mushrooms cooked in a little brandy and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Ideal served with rice.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
